COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

English: In Denmark we have a lovely tradition for seasonal beer, and what you have here is certainly no exception. This is a never before seen collaboration between Ryan and the Beaster Bunny. A fluffy and precious Saison brewed on the beautiful island of Fanø on the west coast of Denmark. It may sound like a true fairytale, but don’t be fooled by it’s cute appearance.
Ingredienser: vand, malt, humle, gær.

Clear and pale with floaty foam shapes. light FRESH banana esters and some a bit of a flabby Tripel to be honest. Tight carb perfect for a TRIPEL. Yeah so I guess there is some musky tuberose to it as well.

Bottle from RR St. Pours hazy straw colored with 2-finger off-white head. Nose is floral and spicy, with cobwebby yeast esters, and solid hops. Tastes rich, complex, fruity, yeasty and funky, with a well balanced and complex flavor. This is a very good saison.

Bottle at abraxas. Hazy yellow. Aroma is wildflower hop bouquet, but it really comes alive in the mouth wow the carambola/star fruit is amazing. It goes through that journey of fun and starts dry floral hop ending endless starfruit. Lovely want more. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
