COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

English: In Denmark we have a lovely tradition for seasonal beer, and what you have here is certainly no exception. This is a never before seen collaboration between Ryan and the Beaster Bunny. A fluffy and precious Saison brewed on the beautiful island of Fanø on the west coast of Denmark. It may sound like a true fairytale, but don’t be fooled by it’s cute appearance.
Ingredienser: vand, malt, humle, gær.

Editor’s note: initially brewed by Fanø in Denmark

Bottle (12 oz). Clear yellow/golden with a medium white head and good lacing. Aroma is really spicy (almost overwhelming), grain, Saison yeast, herbal notes and light sweetness notes. Taste is slightly to moderately sweet with spices, malt, yeast and light bitterness. Alcohol isn’t well hidden. Medium to full body (too heavy for a Saison I think). Mouthfeel is quite dry. Lively carbonation. Not my favorite Saison. Too spicy/boozy to be drinkable or refreshing.

Hazy pale straw colored pour. Small white head. Little bit of lacing. Earthy yeast and malt aroma. Some lemony citrus mixed in. Taste is a nice malt, spice, lemon, yeast amalgamation. Dry, yet sweet. Pretty good.

Pours a very cloudy golden orange and a huge rocky white head and lots of lace. Aroma is spicy yeast, citrus, and phenols. Flavour is spicy yeast, phenols, medium bitterness, a spicy rye like quality and some alcohol.

Pours a cloudy orangish yellow with a nice big frothy white head. Aroma of clove phenols, spice, citrus and farmhouse yeast. Taste is clove phenols, banana, spice, yeast and alcohol. Overall a nice balance throughout with some malt shining through... Different saison but I worth trying.

Interesting beer. It has a lot in common with the Low Life I had right before it, but there’s a touch more sweetness and and herbal character that set it apart

Pours a ultra clear golden with a thin white head that tends to go away but still leave some nice patterns on the glass. Aroma is mighty spicy backed by a little grain and maybe a little floral hops. Taste is quite dry with an higher level of bitterness. Flavors are herbal, grainy, floral and you can also find some bubblegum and citrus in there. It is also quite boozy which is a downer. It is really effervescent and refreshing. Nice one!

Pours a lemon yellow with one finger head and heavy lacing. Aroma of yeast, pleasant yeast, hint of citrus and bubblegum. Taste is unexpectedly very bitter resinous hoppiness. Full bodied, creamy, yet moderate & effervescent carbonation. Medium finish. This is a unique beer. not your typical farmhouse style. Aptly named.

Yeasty aroma with a bit of spice, and funk. Hazy pour with thin white head. Fairly smooth with a subtle bitterness. Finish is dry with a slight lingering bitterness in the aftertaste.
