COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

English: In Denmark we have a lovely tradition for seasonal beer, and what you have here is certainly no exception. This is a never before seen collaboration between Ryan and the Beaster Bunny. A fluffy and precious Saison brewed on the beautiful island of Fanø on the west coast of Denmark. It may sound like a true fairytale, but don’t be fooled by it’s cute appearance.
Ingredienser: vand, malt, humle, gær.

Editor’s note: initially brewed by Fanø in Denmark

Draft. Great name....pours like a plain yellow saison. Aroma is complex ish with tart funk notes, some light grassy grain. Flavor is, similar, with a slight cloying sweetness and long yeast biter finish. Medium hard and lively mouthfeel. Interesting, nice...but not memorable other than the name.

gramity (1462) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - APR 16, 2013
Pours a near-clear yellow golden body, topped by a tall foamy white head. Nice smell of zesty citrus, mild hop resins, and clean sweet-scented malts. Subdued semi-dry malt flavor with yeast tones. Taste is hop driven with a solid bitterness. Lots of citrus fruity hop flavor, and the bitterness linger all the way throughout.

500ml bottle from Archive Beer Boutique. What’s Easter without an Easter beer. Super carbonated with cloud of big fluffy foam, you know a beer is good when even the foam tastes great. Fruit salad aroma and flavour and a nice clean amber colour.

First thing - the carbonation was out of control. Took about 10 mins to pour out a 500ml bottle due to all excessive amounts of foam. Eventually it settled to a cloudy amber-gold body with a fluffy white head. Aromas of pear, apple, pepper, banana and lemon on the nose. Taste is initially bright fruit, followed by peppery spice and a light sour note. Creamy palate with a lingering fruity aftertaste. Medium bodied, but still refreshing. Pretty great really.

Cloudy yellow with a massive white head that leaves some lacing. Aroma is lemon, citrus blossoms, tropical fruit, spice. Spicy and bitter on the palate with some underlying fruitiness. Taste is mango, passionfruit, grapefruit, peppercorns.

Pours amber with a small head. Nose shows banana and clove, weizen-style, with a funky saison note showing later. Sweet malt underneath. Sweet malt as a flavour at first too, before a mineral hit and strong aggressive piny hops roll through. The hops and booze are a bit full on. Carbonation could be higher.

On guest tap at Slowbeer, Melbourne. Pours a cloudy orange with a white head. Aroma is malt with citrus, fruits, some yeast and hops. Taste is medium sweet fruit leading to a hoppy finish. Pretty good.

Pillowing white head that takes a long time to drop. Cloudy golden beer with a strong aroma. Some funkiness, some peppery saison yeast. A little bit of citrus. Lots of pepper taste. Tons of carbonation. Decent beer.
