COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

English: In Denmark we have a lovely tradition for seasonal beer, and what you have here is certainly no exception. This is a never before seen collaboration between Ryan and the Beaster Bunny. A fluffy and precious Saison brewed on the beautiful island of Fanø on the west coast of Denmark. It may sound like a true fairytale, but don’t be fooled by it’s cute appearance.
Ingredienser: vand, malt, humle, gær.

Editor’s note: initially brewed by Fanø in Denmark

On tap at Schouskjelleren. Misty, sparkling, pale golden with a small, creamy white head. Spicy, fruity, apple aroma, just the aroma you want from a saison in my book. Soapy, fruity and light bitter flavors with notes of berries. Medium body. Smooth. Dry tongue.

Tap @ Schoukjelleren, Oslo. This pours a light clouded pale yellow body with a big fluffy and lasting white head. Aroma is mild and floral with tones of nice tropical fruits, it’s light sweet and it also has hints of yeast and citrus. Lively carbonation, medium-bodied and it has a oily to slick mouthfeel. Kinda yeasty in the flavor as well, some sweet malts before it end lightly dry and pepper-spicy. Yeah, a good saison.

500ml Bottle: Aroma of malt, fruit, Belgian yeast, saison yeast, lemongrass, hops, peach, and pear. Poured yellow/gold in color with a large, creamy, dense, white head that diminished but lasted throughout. Cloudy. Very sparkling. Full of tiny particles throughout. Flavor is medium sweet. Tastes of fruit, pear, peach, yeast, citrus, and slight hops. Light to medium body. Average texture. Average carbonation. Sweet, fruity, yeasty, finish is dry. 7%ABV is completely hidden throughout.

(bottle) Yellow with a white rocky head. Smells very, very strongly of floral hops. Taste is moderately bitter with a sour touch. Floral aroma, citrus peel as well. A hint of a fruit bubblegum. Very fresh. And quite intense. Wow! I really enjoyed this one!

Cloudy straw yellow color with a frothing white head. Aroma of spice, barnyard funk, citrus, and grass. Citrus flavor with yeast funk, grass with just enough spice. Light body, but really good beer!

Bottle from The Davis Beer Shoppe in Davis, CA. Pours hazy dishwater gold with a 3 finger foamy off-white head. Aroma is hay, citrus and barnyard. Med body. Flavor is citrus and barnyard in a light way - with some banana? Seems pretty floral. A bit sweet. The flavors seem to move around. It’s quite light and extremely drinkable. Brilliant ale.
