English: In Denmark we have a lovely tradition for seasonal beer, and what you have here is certainly no exception. This is a never before seen collaboration between Ryan and the Beaster Bunny. A fluffy and precious Saison brewed on the beautiful island of Fanø on the west coast of Denmark. It may sound like a true fairytale, but don’t be fooled by it’s cute appearance.
Ingredienser: vand, malt, humle, gær.

Editor’s note: initially brewed by Fanø in Denmark

Nice to have this in 4 packs now. Pours clear golden with an off-white soapy head. The aroma has earthiness, nectar fruits, pepper, light bugs, moss, light caramel and some sweetness. It has a medium dry rough body with mildly abrasive carbonation. The flavor starts with earthy / tree bark, dry crackers, dried fruits, pepper, lots of herbal notes, funky bugginess and bitter hoppiness. The finish adds grass an spice. Really nice saison.

12oz from 4pack - Proof bottle shop. Yellow pour with visible carbonation and a huge pillowy bright white head. Aroma is salty, saison, bread, farmhouse, yeast, pepper, floral. Tastes are the same but the sweet citrus and lemon are prominent up front. Lots of pepper late. Tropical fruit and yeasty throughout. Hoppy bitterness sneaks through a bit. A tangy in your face saison. Tough to place, but definitely unique.

Bottle from Proof. Clear golden pour with a rocky white head. Herbal, spicy aroma with pale wheat grain starchiness with a piney hop presence. Herbal and grass up front on the tongue with sweet grains mid palate and a spicy yeast ending. Medium bodied and moderate to high carbonation. Not too shabby.
