Sampled at an esbls tasting. Hazed yellow gold. A very thin head. Aroma is a little sour for the stule. Fruity. Flavor is a little sour, too. This is also malty and fruity. A different kind of saison but a good one.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle 50cl from fonefan thanks ! A cloudy yellow orange beer with huge head. Nose is on yeast and brettanomyces. Aroma is very dry like, again brett notes, lot of bittering hops without aromatic ones, burnt notes, bitter, grapefruit, yeasty, fruit astringency, not easy drinkable, medium complex.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
In short: A straightforward rustic blonde with a spicy hops twist. Unfortunately lacking the required lively mouthfeel. Good anyway
How: Bottle 500ml. Consumed two weeks after purchase (as fresh as I can get Danish beers in North-America)
The look: Clear blonde body topped by a large whit head leaving lots of lacings on the glass
In long: Nose is straightforward but all-so-pleasant rustic yeast, a bit on the dusty attic side and with light fruity esters. Taste is just as straightforward. Lots of oily cereals, a bit of honey, notes of sweet bananas, rustic dusty yeast, dried yellowed grass, a bit of hops spiciness. Finish is medium-dry, lightly bitter and has a long-lasting spicy grassy hops sensation. This is a basic Saison just like I like them, except that this one was lacking with lively mouthfeel that make basic Saisons such nice beers. The mouthfeel very very oily with sparse hard small bubbles. I did enjoy the beer quite a bit because basic Saisons are my session beers of choice. Named after the Beaster Bunny, the one hiding the easter eggs because he doesn’t want to know that he screwed the chicken that crossed the road.

Tap @ Flying Saucer 4th Anniversary party. I have a long rating for this but I will just break it down. Beautifully thick brett-induced head atop a light golden body. All floral-brett, a little phenolics coming through off the brett but not bad. Really cool brett beer, if it were cheap I would dirnk it all the time.

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Clear and pale with floaty foam shapes. light FRESH banana esters and some a bit of a flabby Tripel to be honest. Tight carb perfect for a TRIPEL. Yeah so I guess there is some musky tuberose to it as well.

Bottle with Brad last year, pours a hazy glowing orange, medium soapy sticky white head. Aromas of guava, tangerine, apricot, chalk, flower pedals, bubblegum, eucalyptus, lemon, and brett. Taste is pears, lemons, orange, frape, bubblegum, brett, saison, peppery chalk notes, Finish smooth like a grape fizzy pop. Awesome and unique beer.
