COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

English: In Denmark we have a lovely tradition for seasonal beer, and what you have here is certainly no exception. This is a never before seen collaboration between Ryan and the Beaster Bunny. A fluffy and precious Saison brewed on the beautiful island of Fanø on the west coast of Denmark. It may sound like a true fairytale, but don’t be fooled by it’s cute appearance.
Ingredienser: vand, malt, humle, gær.

Editor’s note: initially brewed by Fanø in Denmark

Starts with a one-finger head--some spots on the glass. Light gold color with a bit of a haze. More sour than earthy to the nose. Some definitive farmhouse ale aromas but not as sharp as some. The flavor starts off softly, but the swallow brings some distinctive tartness. The aftertaste is a blend of sour and bitter--pleasant blend. The body is chewy; the carbonation is high.

Good saison. Crystal clear pour with minimal head is pale in color. Aroma is light pear, grape, pepper, banana, and clove. Taste is very lightly tart sweet and bitter and yeast forward with lots of fruity esters.

12 FL. OZ. Bottle from Miorge-Mihoublon, Arlon, Belgium. Quite nice but discreet scent with grassy notes (lemon grass, straw) accompanied by yeast notes. It pours a cloudy golden color. As for the taste, there is a citrus note mendelled with cereals which prolongs itself with a bitterness which is quite lingering. The end is nice and dry, quenching, which is what you’d expect from a farmhouse ale !

Pours clear amber. Smell is that of very fresh, mashed amber malts. Taste is slightly bitter, again the amber malty aroma up front. I like it. Bit sweet finish
