COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

English: In Denmark we have a lovely tradition for seasonal beer, and what you have here is certainly no exception. This is a never before seen collaboration between Ryan and the Beaster Bunny. A fluffy and precious Saison brewed on the beautiful island of Fanø on the west coast of Denmark. It may sound like a true fairytale, but don’t be fooled by it’s cute appearance.
Ingredienser: vand, malt, humle, gær.

Editor’s note: initially brewed by Fanø in Denmark

Golden color...fresh carbonation, nice moderated body. Barn aromas and taste, with the saison yeast at its maximum. Nice aftertaste. Super tasty and fresh beer.

Tap to glass. Supposedly a Danish Saison. Pours golden with no opacity. Nice head. Very little aroma. Taste of honey, slight citrus, and grass. Thin in the mouth.

Bottle bought from Bierkompass.de in March 2013. A bit hazy golden with a huge fluffy white head. Aroma of brett, hay, citrus and some spices. Similar taste. Also orange and funk. The finish was dry and bitter. A nice beer.

Golden colour. A nice hoppy saison, with a nice hoppy nose and funky saison yeast flavour.

Bottle from Champanes, this beer had a light gold-yellow pour and gave a white head that was a little more than a fingers worth, it had a nice aroma of light malt, bread, some field floral notes with a touch of earth, and light grassy hops, a little lemon citrus and pear fruit in the background, there was a bit of malt and fruit like sweetness, the flavors were light malt, citrus and grass hops with light pear and apple fruit, bread and faint honey sweetness, the finish was sort of dry with a touch of hop bitterness, this beer had a light mouth feel with soft to average carbonation, it was a little creamy on the palate, a nice drink, bet this would be good on a hot Summer day.

On tap at Churchill. Not a bad saison similar to Hennepin but lighter. Tasty ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle form CBB. Clear, brilliant gold with a tall, very fine head. Perfect. Hoppy, somewhat yeasty saison. Lemon, grass, cucumber. Nice hoppy saison nose. Sweet, rich malts. Honey. Lots of hops. Very bitter, with some catpiss, lemon, hay, herbs. Full, heavy, and slightly cloying. A bit too sweet and thick for the style, though the malts are tasty. The hops are a bit too much. Very bitter. Still quite enjoyable.

Clear pale, yellow, with a small white head. Banana nose, some wheaty graininess, maybe grains of paradise. Bitter. Medium body, quite acidic.

Draught @ Porter ATL. This is a nice saison with the faintest hint of funk. Good beer but at the price point I would go for DuPont.

Fin fruktig eftersmak. Lite Dupont med brett. Rustik och modern. Hur som helst riktigt gott.
