English: In Denmark we have a lovely tradition for seasonal beer, and what you have here is certainly no exception. This is a never before seen collaboration between Ryan and the Beaster Bunny. A fluffy and precious Saison brewed on the beautiful island of Fanø on the west coast of Denmark. It may sound like a true fairytale, but don’t be fooled by it’s cute appearance.
Ingredienser: vand, malt, humle, gær.

Editor’s note: initially brewed by Fanø in Denmark

33cl bottle at Schouskjelleren, Oslo (shared by Cunningham - thanks!). Slightly hazy golden with a lasting, white head. Deliciously fruity, yeasty aroma with the nice Belgian fruitiness and light spicyness. Moderate sweet with a rather dry, slightly sour bitterness. Surprisingly pleasant, and quite refreshing.

Draft. Lots of orange and citrus with a pepper note. Pour is a cloudy orange color with minimal head. Taste is slightly phenolic with a touch of band aid. Ok but but not grate.

light gold, straw colored; earthy, hoppy aroma; a light, bitter beer with mild spice notes; very light malt base; dry, slightly chalky finish

Pours cloudy yellow-gold with a thick white head. Aroma is lemon, floral notes and faint coriander. Taste is pretty complex for a saison. An almost astringent sweet lemon up front leading to a floral and somewhat more astringent mid palate. The coriander kicks in for the finish. Very pleasant and balanced without the heavy yeast I’ve experienced with other saisons. This one has earned its score.

(bottle - 12 oz) Golden pour with a mountain of white foam. Dry and earthy yeast and mild spice aroma. Some bitterness underneath. Flavor is dry and bitter at the start with a very lightly spiced middle and a dry and very acidicly bitter finish.

Bottle from Growler Spot. Pours a slightly hazy golden with a layer of cream colored head. Aroma of citrus, funk, and a hint of spice. Taste of yeast and citrus fruits, but the lingering taste is sort of bland.
