COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

English: In Denmark we have a lovely tradition for seasonal beer, and what you have here is certainly no exception. This is a never before seen collaboration between Ryan and the Beaster Bunny. A fluffy and precious Saison brewed on the beautiful island of Fanø on the west coast of Denmark. It may sound like a true fairytale, but don’t be fooled by it’s cute appearance.
Ingredienser: vand, malt, humle, gær.

On guest tap at Slowbeer, Melbourne. Pours a cloudy orange with a white head. Aroma is malt with citrus, fruits, some yeast and hops. Taste is medium sweet fruit leading to a hoppy finish. Pretty good.

Pillowing white head that takes a long time to drop. Cloudy golden beer with a strong aroma. Some funkiness, some peppery saison yeast. A little bit of citrus. Lots of pepper taste. Tons of carbonation. Decent beer.

Very nice yeasty beer. Bottle at Slowbeer. Aromas of bread and citrus. Taste is sweet with sour and bitter notes; long lasting. Palate is velvety, almost creamy, and medium-bodied. Yellow with a massive frothy head.

Bottle from Cotteridge Wines; cloudy yellow pour with stupid white head that gushed everywhere very annoying, zesty spice aroma, bready malty zesty citrus taste with a hint of spice OK but can’t get away from its gushing tendencies.

500ml bottle @Cimmeria, Oviedo. Some grape aromas, some tart. Pours hazy pale gold, with frothy white head, persistent, good lacework. Medium body, some crispy texture, high carbonation. Taste is tart, some grape, citrus notes along with spices. A bit underbalanced, nice but palate saturating. Dry aftertaste.
