English: In Denmark we have a lovely tradition for seasonal beer, and what you have here is certainly no exception. This is a never before seen collaboration between Ryan and the Beaster Bunny. A fluffy and precious Saison brewed on the beautiful island of Fanø on the west coast of Denmark. It may sound like a true fairytale, but don’t be fooled by it’s cute appearance.
Ingredienser: vand, malt, humle, gær.

Editor’s note: initially brewed by Fanø in Denmark

Bottle, 0.355l. Hazy golden color with large soapy white head and average sparkling appearance. Aroma of citrus, wheat, banana, while yeast resembles in a bit funky and sweaty way. Taste starts moderate sweet grainy, follows mild fruity, grassy and peppery with spicy mouth feel and heavy bitter finish. Medium body, thick texture and average carbonation in palate. Nice saison, a bit too harsh...

Slightly hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is mostly yeasty, a bit cloying. Hay, malt sweetness and alcohol. Taste is also mainly yeasty with a weird bitterness without any hops to make it pleasant. Taste is also cloying with a harsh alcohol presence. Body is medium, quite smooth, with high effervescence. Overall it’s a very rustic beer, resembles the traditional belgian pale ales quite a lot, but it’s really not my style of beer.

Daumen hoch.
