COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

English: In Denmark we have a lovely tradition for seasonal beer, and what you have here is certainly no exception. This is a never before seen collaboration between Ryan and the Beaster Bunny. A fluffy and precious Saison brewed on the beautiful island of Fanø on the west coast of Denmark. It may sound like a true fairytale, but don’t be fooled by it’s cute appearance.
Ingredienser: vand, malt, humle, gær.

Editor’s note: initially brewed by Fanø in Denmark

Bottle from Decicco Ardsley. Beautiful bright hazy orange gold with white head and lace. Lemon pastry citrusy fresh hop aroma. Mild apricot fruity sweetness with medium assertive bitter very dry citrusy finish. Hints of vanilla. Lively carbo accentuates the hops. Really fucking excellent. Love!

UPDATED: AUG 6, 2013 Pleasantly surprised by this beer. Much more bitter than I expected at first but the taste quickly gives way to a fruitiness that tastes like pineapple. Not what I expected from a saison (although I am far from an expert) but definitely a nice refreshing beer.

(bottle) Yellow with a white rocky head. Smells very, very strongly of floral hops. Taste is moderately bitter with a sour touch. Floral aroma, citrus peel as well. A hint of a fruit bubblegum. Very fresh. And quite intense. Wow! I really enjoyed this one!

Very nice yeasty beer. Bottle at Slowbeer. Aromas of bread and citrus. Taste is sweet with sour and bitter notes; long lasting. Palate is velvety, almost creamy, and medium-bodied. Yellow with a massive frothy head.

On tap @ Prohibition Pig Waterbury, VT. Pours a clear golden hue with a small white head. Aromas are banana, lemon, bubblegum, and some florals. Tastes are banana, pepper, and a late coming hop bitterness that really balances out the beer. This is a great beer!! ---Rated via Beer Buddy

Extrem maracujafruchtiger Start. Mitte perfekt malzig und zitrusfruchtig, melonig. Abschluß trocken-bitter. Der Hammer!

I let this warm a bit from the fridge. It poured with a medium sized, foamy, off white head that lasts a while and some lace. Color is a very slightly hazy yellow with plenty of bubble trails. Aroma is fruit, malt, caramel, yeast, spice, citrus and not much like traditional saisons. Flavor explains why a bit - it’s a hoppy saison with the above noted nose components, plus good hop flavor, and plenty of carbonic tang, fairly dry. Body and carbonation are excellent for style. Finish is like flavor, balanced, easy drinking, good burps. Great beer!
