COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

English: In Denmark we have a lovely tradition for seasonal beer, and what you have here is certainly no exception. This is a never before seen collaboration between Ryan and the Beaster Bunny. A fluffy and precious Saison brewed on the beautiful island of Fanø on the west coast of Denmark. It may sound like a true fairytale, but don’t be fooled by it’s cute appearance.
Ingredienser: vand, malt, humle, gær.

Editor’s note: initially brewed by Fanø in Denmark

Bottle shared by HopTsing & tia at the 19th Richmond Ratebeer Gathering. Pours a hazy pale yellow color with a large fizzy tan head. Fair head retention. Aroma of citrus, stone fruits, coconut, bread, mild spice and earth. The taste is bread, nutty notes, citrus, stone fruits, mild herbal hops. Medium bodied, slight lingering bitterness. Nice beer.

Pours cloudy yellow with a lot of foam that fades to nothing quickly. The aroma is grassy hops, lemon, spice, egg malt, bread grains and cream. The flavor has those notes, with a dry, tight finish. Not bad.

Smell a bit sour with sweet malt back drop, some citrus scents in there as well. Super hazy yellow color little white head that dies quickly. Sweet malt taste with tart like attributes, smooth dry finish. Light body with zingy crisp carbonation. Nice refreshing beer.

Barwa jasnego złota, opalizujące, piana nawet obfita, drobno i średnio pęcherzykowa, zostaje pół centymetrowa warstwa do końca.

Bottle at the beer bistro. Hazy golden pour, with a small white head. The aroma is peppery, and grassy, with some strong wheat notes and lemon oil. Lively carb, lively mouth feel. The finish is light to medium bitter with an upfront grassy/herbal finished with some white pepper, and soft citrus zest.

I do not wax on poetically about beer but I do know the quality of a beer once tasted. This review is not about my tastes but reinforces the numbers, which are arbitrary.

Hazy gold, white head. Smells yeasty and slightly herbal. Tastes dry, lots of bready flavour, very good sparkling palate in the end, superior saison.
