20110913 500ml bottle from Honeygo. Hazy pale yellow almost looks like a wit, with medium, frothy white head. Tropical fruits and incredibly juicy citrus blossom floral notes compete with some saccharine sweetened candy. In general it’s quite enjoyable, giving the impression of sweetness yet still achieving a pleasantly dry, yeasty palate. Having trouble getting past the enormous price tag on this bottle, $15 or more.

Clear and pale with floaty foam shapes. light FRESH banana esters and some a bit of a flabby Tripel to be honest. Tight carb perfect for a TRIPEL. Yeah so I guess there is some musky tuberose to it as well.

Bottle with Brad last year, pours a hazy glowing orange, medium soapy sticky white head. Aromas of guava, tangerine, apricot, chalk, flower pedals, bubblegum, eucalyptus, lemon, and brett. Taste is pears, lemons, orange, frape, bubblegum, brett, saison, peppery chalk notes, Finish smooth like a grape fizzy pop. Awesome and unique beer.

Bottle. Golden colour with a white head. Aroma is hop, citrus, orange peel. Flavour is hop, citrus, yeast, alcohol, orange peel. Nice beer.

Bottle from RR St. Pours hazy straw colored with 2-finger off-white head. Nose is floral and spicy, with cobwebby yeast esters, and solid hops. Tastes rich, complex, fruity, yeasty and funky, with a well balanced and complex flavor. This is a very good saison.

Bottle at abraxas. Hazy yellow. Aroma is wildflower hop bouquet, but it really comes alive in the mouth wow the carambola/star fruit is amazing. It goes through that journey of fun and starts dry floral hop ending endless starfruit. Lovely want more.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy light orange. Foamy white head. Aroma of spices, citrus and honey. Flavor is fruity and yeasty. Perfect carbonation, clean finish.

Orangish color with a bit of off-white head. Didnt take good notes, but recall some spiced yeast-like notes in aroma and taste.

(500 ml (best before 2015(!)) from Oak Street Provisions) Cloudy golden-orange. Finger or so of lumpy off-white head. Aroma of spice, yeast, a bit sweet and boozy. Flavor of sweet booziness, spice, pepper and yeast. Strong, heavy, a bit messy.

4oz tasting at DBS. Aroma of banana bread and Belgian yeast. Has some bright hop presence in flavor along with banana peel. Lightly fizzy on the tongue. Good beer.
