7th February 2012
On tap at the Craft. Hazy amber - gold beer. Little pale cream coloured head. Smooth palate with a carbonated sting. Sweetish tropical fruit hops. Peach slightly dominates. Good floral notes towards the end which is minerally and crisp. Refreshing, tasty and hugely drinkable. Fair bitter linger. Evil Twin are getting better and better. Apart from Soft Dookie of course which is a cocoa mess only Jackie likes!

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap at the Cask, Pimlico (Feb ’12)
Pours a hazy golden colour with a thin white head of small bubbles
Lots of tropical fruit in the hoppy aroma of this beer and a little pine also
Citrus flavours come into play in the taste, I would say it tastes a little more bitter than it smells and the pine and wood also come in to play more and a little grass comes through
Just the right level of carbonation, good in the mouth and a nice bitter-dry aftertaste
Overall a good all round hoppy/dry APA
