Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy golden with an off-white head leaving a discreet lacework. Citrusy, fresh hoppiness - a little grapefruitish. Light body, a little sweet malt, tropical fruits, some sulphur and a dry, hoppy finish that ain’t all that bitter. 080911

Very hazy amber beer, big white head. Light and crispy palate. Frothy from the head. To start there is a fair whack of pale malt, slightly lagerish. A little malt cream as well. Bitterish hops on the back end with a little citrus. Not bad but it’s a bit too malt led to be great.

Bottle. It pours an unclear, golden body and a small, dense, off-white head. Pinecones, citrus peel and some malts on the nose. The flavor has pale malts, but it’s mostly hops, with bitterness, green pine cones and citrus peel. Medium body, quite dry. Bitter finish. A quenching and quite tasteful one, but nothing extraordinary going on. 110820
