English: This stout looks like soft dookie and some will say it smells and tastes like it too. If you like a thick, creamy and utterly vanillalicious stout youíll like this one. If you donít, get yourself something else instead.

Aroma is best part of this brew - outstanding smell of chocolate, coffee, and malt. Pours nicely into snifter with moderate lingering head and ok lacing. Flavor is deceptive - no burn that you usually get with an imperial. Just good old stout taste.

Where and how: bottle 355 ml
Aroma medium intense, soft, refined nose, alcohol mature, well build-in/ Notes of dark chocolate and molasses. Good depth.
Appearance :
Top: medium plus creamy head, off-white.
Base: brown going into black.
Palate : medium full bodied, semi dry with lighter carbonation. Long finish.
Taste: as in aroma complex but also quiet rough. Mild vanilla, alcohol heat was tad too persistent/ Base was very well developed, clean with well presented chocolate walls.

Black like the night, with a frothy Small head, ha a flavour of some caramel, toasted cofee, licorice, some so sauces and oak flavours. Medium to full body, too fizzy for the style.

12 oz single bottle from Mollyís Spirits. Black appearance with a brown head that dissipates to a thin ring. Aroma of chocolate chip cookies, molasses, vanilla, espresso, light alcohol, nutty malts, light roast and a hint of banana. The flavor is similar, molasses, roasted malt, light coffee, earth, light vanilla and cocoa. Moderately bitter and mildly sweet with a lingering finish. Medium to full body. A nice beer overall, above average for the style. Pairing: Green Day - Dookie

Lovely black. Great semisweet stout. Spices whatnot. Coffee bean? Licorice? Elegantly roasted. Easily one of the best stouts Iíve had. Perfect after a great meal.
