COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
English: This stout looks like soft dookie and some will say it smells and tastes like it too. If you like a thick, creamy and utterly vanillalicious stout you’ll like this one. If you don’t, get yourself something else instead.

Strange smell in this beer. The taste is much better and tastier. Maybe a little too bitter for being an Imperial Stout. Long and good aftertaste.

Has a nice roasted malt smell and flavor. A little hint of sweetness thats masked by the roasted malt flavor.

50cl bottle, Soft DK labelled, from Erzbierschof – Pours black with medium brownish head. In the nose chocolate, coffee. Very sweet and creamy mouthfeel. Bitter and quite dry, roasty palate that lasts for ages.

Bottle:   Black in color, moderate to large brownish head, foamy, with nice lacing.   Somewhat of a weird hoppy nose.   Roasted malts are secondary.   Astringent roasted malts on the tongue.   Its a little difficult to drink.   Very slight horse/cow pasture comes up once it warms.   Very acrid on the backside.   Its hoppy, roasty, but this husk like astringency kills it.   Not a smooth Imperial Stout by any means.   Moderate to full body and mouthfeel.   Finish is just this astringent an acrid roastiness thats hard to palate.   Not a great example of the style.

Aroma of vanilla, licorice, coffee and vanilla extract. Pours black with slight white film. Tastes great and roasty with vanilla, anis and delicious mocha. A little too much vanilla but great.

Arome embourbée dans le carton ou je ne sais trop quoi. En bouche c’est beaucoup plus alléchant, caramel, vanille et mélasse.
