Bottle from de bierkoning. Not yet accustomed to sour ales, and this aswell is also not my fav. Offwhite head with alot of lacing. Orange liquid with aroma of fruits and pine. Taste is for me... sour. Need more training to give a correct assessment, I think.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 lusikka (4046) - Tampere, FINLAND - OCT 15, 2012
330 ml bottle. Rated on 14.10.2012.
Pours a murky orange golden colour with a white head. Aroma is rather interesting with loads of white wine, herbs and kiwi. Flavour of strong bitter hops, white wine, wood, tart berries and malts. Medium bodied, smooth mouthfeel and a smooth malty finish with some sourness. White wine smoothens the finish nicely. Great stuff and rather complex.
4.6 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 19/20 jesperhammer (2221) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - OCT 15, 2012
15-OCT-2012, bottle @home, from Fish & Beer.
Hazy orange with lasting almost white head.
Surprising aroma with tangerine, grape fruit, brett, tartness, fruity hops.
Taste the same. Very fruity - malt and hops, but also very wine-like except for the soft carbonation. Sour, long fruity and sour finish.
Really a surprise. Expected an APA but this is a sour. Fantastic drink.
3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 visionthing (1655) - Oslo, NORWAY - SEP 27, 2012
33cl bottle from Vinmonopolet, Vika. Pours hazy golden with a white head. Fruity aroma with peach, tropical fruits and hints of wood and brett. Very fruity and lightly sour. Medium body. Pleasantly bitter finish. Very pleasant and quite different from the other Hipsters. (2012-09-21)
3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20 esp0r (1259) - NORWAY - SEP 15, 2012
Bottle from Vika enjoyed at home
Orange hazy, small beige head. Smells of citrus, cat pee, some wine and funk. Light to moderate sweet, light wine acids. Moderate to medium bitter finish, some resins. Wow, for me this is too heavy on the cat pee. Still, the funk part takes back some points. Really complex beer, i love the combination of funk and hops (maybe not cat pee next time Jeppe?),
3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 larsga (5325) - Oslo, NORWAY - SEP 15, 2012
Medium deep offwhite head. Clear coppery body with light
carbonation. Fruity floral resiny aroma with earthy mineral
notes. Dry-sweet resiny gooseberry taste with white wine grape
and earth notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, somewhat astringent
mouthfeel. Dryish white wine grape aftertaste with earthy
mineraly fruity notes. Really nice, and quite interesting.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 HogTownHarry (5639) - Toronto (Harbourfront), Ontario, CANADA - SEP 8, 2012
August 19, 2012 - draught at King William IV Witterfest. Hazy bubbly amber with a smallish lasting tight off-white fizzy head. Smells beautiful - a bit of funk (dry oak, alcohol, something tart and maybe grape-y), sweet caramel and fairly floral too. Taste is - wow - lots of oak here, like a lighter Panil Barrique (sour) with more hoppiness - quite tart indeed; white wine shows up only in the finish, and it seemed a bit stronger than 5.5% - very very good (not all that pale ale-y, but the grassiness emerges after you tare out the sourness from the barrel-aging). Solid body, lively mouthfeel, quite acidic, finishes dry with a bit of a coating acidity that clung to my palate until I cleansed with quite a bit of water.
