A Sim rate (EBF Night of the Barrels): Flavour is lemon, sugar and lime. Really enjoyed this beer.

Bottle at Beer Temple. Murky orange body with thin head. Taste is citrus and lemmon. Lots of hops. Quite bitter. Really enjoyable.

Bottle at Olympen. Passion fruit and grapefruit as well as vinous nose Nice fruity bitterness, some citric notes. Refreshing, yet strangely complex.

Ummmmmm. Dirty gold pour with a small white head. Little carbonation with this one. Aroma is dusty yeast, rotting tropical fruit, and a bit of dough. Almost seems like it wants to be a belgian pale, or something like orval, but only sort of. Maybe. I really don’t like the flavor, band-aids are all over this one. Funky oxidation, cat piss, and a bit more band-aids. I feel like this might just be an old bottle.

Bottle @ Fanø thanks to Ryan. Pours clear golden with a small head. Aroma is very citrus forward, both in the sense of hoppy citrus, but also like bretty lemony tartness. Big tart nose, lemon peel, white wine, tropical fruitiness, the brett works really well with the hops and the barrel. Taste is less bretty but more affected by the white wine barrel. Grapes, mango, pineapple, tangerine, a bit of bretty barnyard and cobweb notes, and then a good lingering bitterness. Wow, this is good stuff! Very quaffable, very unique.

Bottle. Pours a hazy yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity hoppy citrus aroma with sour hints. Fruity malty sour flavor with hoppy bitter hints. Has a fruity malty woody tart citrus finish.

Tap@Dronning Louise, Fanø Tap Takeover. Pours amber with a white head. Aroma is malt, grapefruit, citrus, brett and tropical fruit. Flavour is maltk citrus, grapefruit, tropical fruit and brett. Medium bitter.

Pours Hazy yellow, golden orange , aroma: white wine, Sauvignon blanc, Brett, citrussy hops, tangerine, orange peel, sweet orange. Spicy notes, woody notes, peppery notes, taste: quite low carbonation, some tartness, white grapes, woody notes, white wine, tangerine, sweet orange, caramel, grassy notes, citrussy hops, lemon, oak, some dryness, low to medium bitterness.

33cl bottle from Alvinne biershop. Dorée/orangée, col blanc. Arôme donne un très beau bouquet fruité/boisé de vin blanc avec principalement un nez fruité citronné alternant citronné/fruité/tropical ainsi que la barrique de vin blanc. En bouche, boisé léger laissant assez de place au vin blanc pour se faire présent sans pour cela dominer le tout. L’ajout des houblons Citra, Summit et Cascade contribue à donner un profile fruité aux allures tropicales; pamplemousse et ananas et citronnée. Palais reste bien léger avec juste ce qu’il faut de profile boisé/vin blanc. Le tout reste sec en fin de bouche justifiant l’usage du dry-hopping. A 5% cette bière est parfaite, se boit facilement, bien complexe avec un ajout de barrique très juste.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a smallish white head. Very fresh citrusy hops in the nose combined wiith a distinct tartness - and Brett? Medium body, low carbonation, a tart dry fruitiness and a bitter almost astringent finish. Very elegant and sophisticated. 310312

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Clear dark golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, white wine and rather hoppy - peach and citrus. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 300312
