On tap at Copenhagen Beer Celebration.
Hazy peach coloured beer, little white head. Light crisp palate, dry. Curious popcorn and wheatabix taste at the start!! Tart cherry and orange emerges through the mid. Very dry finish. A very curious beer!

Tap @ CBC, 2012.
Pours hazy pale greyish golden with a small, white film head. Aroma is earthy, light funky, oregano, oak and some sherry-like caramel notes. High carbonation, fine light and fairly dry mouthfeel. Flavour is tart, very oaky, light grape, some lactic sourness. Dry funky finish. A bit simple.

On tap. Pours a very pale lightly pinkish (!) with a slight haze and a small white head. This weird biscuity touch that I find in many sours dominate the nose. Light body, baking yeast and a tart berry-like character. Very tart and heavily lactic finish. 120512

Tap at CBC. Easily the worst looking beer I’ve ever seen- murky pond water with no head.... An elusive 1/5 for appearance. Nose is vanilla, sweet apple juice, heavier cider. Taste is lactic, more sour mash character, loads of heavy Greek yogurt. Thick, yogurty palate. Interesting. Quite odd, but I liked this one.

12-MAY-2012, draft @CBC. Unclear murky with very light white head. - Ugly. Ripe pear, brett. Tart and simple fruity taste. Though there are brett’y notes it is still not a very complex brew. OK.
