3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Draught @ [ Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2012 ] @ Spartas Lokaler, Faelledparken in Osterbro, Copenhagen, Denmark.
Unclear matt medium amber yellow colour with a small, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, sour apples, brown sugar, barnyard notes. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate acidic with a average to long duration, tart, sour apple, brown sugar - candy. IMO a bit like a faro. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft to flat.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
On tap. Pours a very pale lightly pinkish (!) with a slight haze and a small white head. This weird biscuity touch that I find in many sours dominate the nose. Light body, baking yeast and a tart berry-like character. Very tart and heavily lactic finish. 120512

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Draft at the Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2012. Pours clear, pale brown with a light, white film head. Sugary cereal on the nose. Flavor is well and sour to start, followed by Wheatabix, light bitterness and caramel sweetness. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Clean medium sour finish, short, then lots more cereal and moderate bitterness. Some interesting aspects, but a bit rough overall.
