Danish: Spontan Sour Ale. 1 af 4 barrels sour ale som skal bruges til blend. Alle 4 er spontangæret samt gæret med Jolly Pumpkin, Cantillon, 3 Fonteinen osv. vildgær!
Serveres ublended til CBC som en test! Eneste gang den kan fås i Danmark.

Tap at Copenhagen Beer Celebration, Day Two. Similar to Barrel No. 1 in most ways, except the Wheatabix and the butter comes in a bit later. Nice, light sourness here. Nothing spectacular mind.

Tap at CBC, May 2012. It pours hazy green-brown, with a medium white head. The nose is apple, pear, apple pie and caramel sweetness. The taste is tart green apple, lemon, red apple, sour pear and apple pie, with a juicy-tart finish. Medium body, moderate carbonation and foamy mouth-feel. Not complex, but enjoyable nonetheless.

Draught at CBC 2012. Hazy golden coloured with a red gleam and a small white head. Fruity and light acidic aroma of caramel and berries. Fruity and light acidic flavour of berries and brett with notes of cereal. Tart finish.
