Tap at CBC, May 2012. It pours hazy green-brown, with a medium white head. The nose is apple, pear, apple pie and caramel sweetness. The taste is tart green apple, lemon, red apple, sour pear and apple pie, with a juicy-tart finish. Medium body, moderate carbonation and foamy mouth-feel. Not complex, but enjoyable nonetheless.

CBC 2012. CBC 2012. Pours hazy dark golden with good white creamy head leaving lace. Aroma is sour vinous wet blanket cellar hay a bit fruity and funky. Flavor is sweet sour very fruity tart refreshing and berry. Finishes sour dry and fruity.

Tap at Copenhagen Beer Celebration, Day Two. Similar to Barrel No. 1 in most ways, except the Wheatabix and the butter comes in a bit later. Nice, light sourness here. Nothing spectacular mind.

Murky brown/gray. Yes gray/grey (whichever way you prefer). White head. Little lacing. Malty acetic aroma. Tart and swwet malty taste. More malty than sour. Not a bad sour beer.
