COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
He has proportionally longer arms than others, recognisable by his reddishbrown hair, among the most intelligent primates and uses a variety of really sophisticated tools. But what makes him so gifted and very sought after is his notorious ability to maintain deviously capable, deliver something unpredictable and always perform with a curious mind of a five year old.

(bottle - 500 ml) Dark brown pour with a thin tan head. Light roast and chocolate in the nose with a light hint of floral hops and some orange zest. Roasted malts in the flavor with a rather pronounced orange flavor. Bitter finish. Different.

Beese (2560) - Watford, Hertfordshire, ENGLAND - AUG 6, 2014
Draught at The White Horse, Parson’s Green on 24 Nov 2012. Poured black, with a thin beige head, which dissipated to a halo. Aroma of roasted malt, cocoa and vanilla. Fairly light mouth feel, for the style. Sweetened coffee in the flavour, with some fruit cake and a little citrus bitterness. Finish was fairly light, with malty sweetness, brown sugar and cappuccino.

Bottle from State Line. Poured thick and hazy black with small tan head. Nose was dark malt, tangerine, hops. Tasted roasty dark malty, with pronounced orangy flavor, hops, and a malty citric finish. Unique, non traditional, and in my mind a beer I would glady not only drink again but share with my beer geek friends.

Black in color with a head that’s thick and creamy. Thick collar, decent lacing. Aroma is coffee, roasty malt and bitter chocolate. Creamy mouthfeel, low carbonation despite that good head. Taste is also roasted malt up front with coffee and dark chocolate behind that. Nothing remarkable.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein schwarzes Bier mit schöner bräunlichen Schaumkrone. Geruch röstmalzig, Schokolade. Geschmack sehr röstmalzig, angenehm cremig, schokoladig, erdig.

bomber. If you like those crazy chocolate orange balls that you slam down on the counter to break apart like an orange you might like this beer. I kind of like them.

From bomber. Pours dark brown with a finger of tan head. Aroma of chocolate and some malt. Taste includes a bizarre orange addition. Not the greatest combination, as that orange sits on the tongue afterwards poorly.

From a bottle. Pours a murky black/brown. Thick head. Aroma of roasty ashy wood. Some citrus also. Flavors are dark chocolate and grapefruit. A bit tart and slightly sour. Medium bodied with a bitter roasty ans slightly tart dry finish. Hopping is off. This is like a roasty black ipa. Didn't work.
