Dark mahogany color with small head. Nice aroma, with strong nutty and molasses presence; light fruity touch, light smoke, raisins. Full bodied, with light carbonation; rich malt and caramel flavor, with just a vein of roasted malt; nice balanced sweetness; the Malaga wine is clearly detected; light smoke touch; the final has a soft nuttiness and soft woody astringency. Well constructed, complex.

Rich sherry, rum, fruity, sweet not heavy, like a Pedro ximinez. Lightly hazy pale amber, little by way of head. Perfect beer for cheese. Excellent

Deep brown with floating pieces, but not gross looking just looks like a bad cup of instant coffee. Aroma is very boozy and slightly woody. Delicious fruity, vanilla, oak and deep caramel flavours. Incredible beer.
