Bottle 330ml. @ home.

Clear medium orange yellow colour with a huge, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, moderate to heavy hoppy, grapefruit, grass, pine. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and heavy bitter with a long duration, peel biter, dry, bitter bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. IMO a bit thin and almost to bitter and unbalanced. [20111225]

Bottled. A dark golden beer with a huge lazing off-white head. The aroma has notes of straw and dusty hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, and lemon peal, leading to a dry and bitter finish. The body is light.

Papsoe (25094) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - JAN 23, 2012
Bottle 33 cl. Pours golden with a slight haze and a lively and lacing white head. Fresh citrusy hop aroma. Medium body, some sweet fruits and a shriekingly bitter and astringent finish. Don’t know if this is meant as a statement of some sort, but it’s way out of balance really and the bitterness is quite annoying. Throwing in an assload of hops does NOT a great beer make... 230112
