17th March 2012 Hazy gold - amber beer. Massive off white head. Light crisp palate. Fair bit of pale malt. Quite a lot of floral notes. Crispy malt in the mid. Crispy hops - a little citrus, tangerine and grapefruit. Finishes with a carbonated sting and a bitter linger.

Pours a honey yellow hazy with a one finger head with heavy lacing. Toasted, cereal malt with strong forward bitter herbal and spruce hops. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Chewy. Long bitter finish. Definitely a beer for the hop head, not really balanced. It is good, though.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 mixmasterob (837) - Atlanta, Georgia, USA - DEC 5, 2012
Poured a cloudy amber with a decent white head. Aroma was citrusy with notes of pine and orange peel. Flavors were over the top bitter, lots of earthy hops, bready malts and orange peel. Mouthfeel was in the medium range, good for the ABV with light carbonation. Huge bitter finish, almost biting. This is easily the worst Evil Twin offering I have bought into. Garbage,

From a bottle at home. Pours a cloudy gold with a thick white head. Citrus and yeast aroma. Grassy flavors with some intense bitterness, Not Evil Twin’s finest brew.
