Pouring at Lord Hobo after the Night of the Barrels on the Friday night of EBF 2012. Pours a hazed amber with a medium sized white head. Spicy hops, toast and caramel. Weedy and dank, earthy with big hops. Malt, and earth. Long bitter finish with zesty citrus and grapefruit.

Sample at Ale Wine & Spirits in Powell on 01/20/2012. Pours a hazy amber-gold color with a medium white head that recedes steadily. Rings of lacing. Aroma of citrusy hops and malt. Light to medium body with flavors of citrus, pineapple and hops along with sweet malt undertones. The finish is fruity with a hoppy aftertaste lingering. Decent all around, but I liked this beer before anyone else knew about it.

Bottle from Star Grocery. Pours cloudy golden with a bubbly off-white head and a toffee aroma. There isa hearty pale malt flavor with a strong citrus finish that sticks to the palate.

Bottle from City Beer. Pours hazy gold with a creamy/bubbly near white head. Aromas of citrus and resin. Background caramel. Med + body - with really creamy carb. Flavor is citrus and floral over a light roast malt backbone. Very light. It’s quite pleasant - nay - even approaching ethereal. But it’s not really worth the San Francisco price ($12). Nice mellow conclusion to the evening tho.

Bottled. Golden coloured. Murky. Dense off White head. Aroma of herbs, flowers, spice, light sweetness . Flavour of herbs, grape, fruits and then some. Medium bodied. Ends dry grapy and bitter. Refreshing. Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

33 cl bottle. Pours cloudy orange. Lightine,grapefruity aroma. Bitter, grapefruity and crisp hoppy. Dry grapefruity finish.

Pours clear golden with a big, lovely, creamy white head. Aroma has oranges, a bit of grainy caramel, some pine, a slight bit of strawberry. Medium carbonation, light dry and somewhat creamy palate. Flavour starts with a bit of cardboard (not much). Then oranges, light peach, pine and grass hoppiness. Light sugary malty middle and fair grassy bitter finish. Fine, but the other two are better.

Bottle. Hazed gold with a foamy white head. Aroma is floral and fruity with dusty yeast notes. Light peach, flowers, hop notes, and citrus fruit. Taste is big hop notes, citrus fruit, hints of tropical fruit, pine, yeast notes and flowers. Body is medium with a moderately strong, bubbly carbonation. Ends with more citrus fruit notes, floral hops, pine, malt notes, tropical fruit and grass

on tap. A decently hopped APA. Some OJ notes, very clean and easy drinking beer.
