3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
12 fl. oz bottle picked up at the Iron Abbey in Horsham, PA. The label says brewed by Evil Twin Brewing, Stratford, CT. Pours out light unclear golden, white head. A typical Pilsener on the nose with fruity parts. Starts herb like my Pilseners at home in northern Germany, but more malty and fruity elements in the backrow. Thinner ending. Not bad.

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
From Beer Temple. A little softer and malty than a crisp pilsner and the hops less herbal and more bold American hops. Serving: Bottle

On tap at the BeerTemple. Hazy gold pour with white head. Aroma is really dank, vegetal leafy hop, light grassy. Taste is bitter, very hoppy, light alcohol. Palate is light bodied, good carbonation.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
(bottle - 12 oz) Gold pour with a white head. Light hoppy aroma without much substance. Flavor is standard beer hops and malts. Nothing special. Mission accomplished, Evil Twin.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
bottle. pours clear gold if decanted from yeast sediment in bottle. medium sized white head. corn flakes and grass aroma. medium bodied for the style and mostly dry. flavors of grassy bitter hops and pilsner malt cereal sweetness. moderately clean and there’s a faint tropical/fruity note that could be either hops or a slightly warm fermentation, but its hard to tell. a hint of astringency from alcohol. its an enjoyable pils mostly...a bit louder than a typical one.

Awesome pilsner, not too american hoppy, but a nice malty bready pilsner with noble hops without restrictions. Good pilsner.

Bottle pour. Semi-opaque yellow-gold in glass. Full white head. A hippy, yet pissy aroma. Straw. Mild cut grass. Fragrant. Taste carries this fun duality forward. Think a quality pilsener with the great hops cranked to eleven. Paired nicely with sushi.
