COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
You know story, a dull-looking guy - he is dry, maybe a tad overweight and letís face it, not very charming. But somehow he hooks up with a piquant, profound, and very attractive girl. She finds him oh so down to earth, loyal and cute, and even though itís such an odd paradox, they make a very interesting and charismatic couple.

Infected? Dark brown coloured. Has an off-white head. Aroma is clearly solvent, styrene, acetone. Flavor is mainly acidic, light sweetness too. Syrupy, acdic texture.

Pours a murky, rusty amber color with a wisp of a head and little lacing. A film does sit on top for a while. Aroma light with vinegar, stone fruit, cherry pie, and damp rotting wood. Tastes much of the same but in a less "bad" way than the smell. Body and palate was pretty good, smooth silky and nicely LOW carbonated. Overall, not a great example of the style as there was not enough funk in some areas, too sweet in others and a bit of a mess in yet some more. I will say this though, it may be a decent introductory to someone who has never tried the style as it is mild with many of the different flavors that are usually found in the style.

Bottle. Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Dark red amber colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy strange aroma. Organic solents notes. Light bitter flavor. not sour. Loads of toluen and other organic solvents. Clearly yeast falt. undrinkabel. Oily palate.

(bottle - 500 ml) Red pour with a fluffy head. Big sour and funky aroma. Lots of fruits mixed in as well. Lots of sour notes at the start of the flavor. The sour is quite potent as well with very mild fruit notes that make it taste even more sour.

50cl bottle shared by Arve_Christian - Thanks! Deep amber to brown in colour and a light brown head. Lightly sour aroma with dark fruits, brett and citrus. Sour and bitter with fruits and yeast, slightly funky. Notes of balsamico. Medium body and quite nice! (2012-05-26)

Bottle thanks to bhensonb. Poured ruby with an off white head. Aroma and flavor were grape, raisin, slight chocolate, fingernail polish, and a nice pleasant sourness. Body was medium with soft carbonation.

0.5 l bottle. Dark hazy reddish brown. Sour aroma with acetic acid, bitter chocolate and dark cherry. Sweet and sour flavor with acetic acid, pickled beetroot and bitter chocolate. Too acetic for my taste but goes better with stinky cheese.

Bottle. Pours a murky brown with smallish cream coloured head. Odd aroma of sweet fruit and feint sourness. Flavours are sweet with some sourness once again. Thin mouthfeel. Doesnt really work unfortunately.
