Nice dark malt color filled with citrus flavors. I really savored this beer. Balanced yet still hoppy. Wish i could be more descriptive but i know i want it again. Has a molasses like sweetness melded with the hops.

Yang pours a nice amber color with a small tan head that sticks around for your palate's enjoyment. I pick up scents of molasses, some citrus, and oak. Definitely tastes grainy with hints of citrus and I taste the molasses. A definite try from an awesome brewery.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 jeremyh70 (352) - Missouri, USA - MAY 17, 2013
Pours an auburn color with small head that hangs around and leaved decent lacing. Aroma of molasses, oak and toasted bread and some citrus. Taste of brown sugar, toasted malt and some breadiness. Some alcohol spiciness and a mild bitter. Mouthfeel was slick with a medium and moderate carbonation. Similar to a Dopplebock but unique unto itself.

A ruby color with some white head that lingers around the surface. Smells of molasses, earthy, wood/oak. The oak taste comes through strong in the taste with some sweet molasses with an underlying citrus hop. A sipper, intense flavors, interesting and unique.

Great IPA from Evil Twin. Hazy orange/amber, foamy white head that quickly dissipates and fruity hop aroma. Spicy bitterness, malt, yeasty caramel, g hop taste with pine and vanilla notes. Medium body. Mixed with a bottle of Yin this becomes a revelation.
