COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

(Bottle) Reddish amber colour, slightly hazy, with frothy beige head. Malty, fruity nose with notes of black-currant, orange peel, dried apricots, rye bread, caramel, orange marmalade and pink grapefruit. Malty, fruity taste with orange peel, marmalade, caramel, apricots, black-currant, a touch of honey and a generous citric, earthy bitterness in a finish with a certain sweetness and a slight alcohol burn. Almost full body, fairly sweet. Well made and tasty, quite drinkable for its strength. Very nice.

Bottle. Cloudy copper with foamy off-white head; splotchy lacing. Aroma is light and refreshing - grapefruit, resin, tropical fruit and caramel malt. Taste begins sweet and juicy and transitions pleasantly into bitterness. Body is medium and with crisp carbonation. Overall nice DIPA.

Bottle. Yellow, orangish pour, slightly murky, with a small off white head. Sweet malts, pine, grapefruit, fairly mild bitterness level, some booze, and caramel. Ok.

Ambrée trouble, effervescence moyenne, col blanc fin.

Amber coloured beer. Citrus pine hop aroma, malty sweet, with a nice lingering bitterness at the end

Not an overly floral IPA but a very smooth one. Amber colour and nice easy finish
