Pour is dark copper, strong haze and a dense yellowish white head with some large bubbles. Nose is strong pine, light citrus, notes of caramel and a touch of cardboard. Taste has more pine, cardboard, lots of malt, caramel, brown sugar, a touch sticky. Full bodied with assertive carb. Some residuals left.

341 ml bottle. Pours hazy orange finger of off white head. Aromas of caramel, citrus, mangos still a malt character there too. Taste like nose with biscuit and orange peel. Delicious. It’s very well balanced but finishes with a nice lasting bitter you want from a good IPA.

big east coast dipa. Loads of hops in the nose, some malts. Finish is bitter, malts underneath. Heavy body for the style.

Amber pour witha frothy white head. Grapefruit, pine, cat pee, caramel, resinous, spruce, coriander, orange zest. Taste: very bitter, medium sweetness. Palate: medium body, creamy, soft carbonation, bitter, long hoppy finish. Good DIPA but far from one of the best.

Pours a slightly hazy ruddy amber with a thin white head. A little varnish note in the nose but strong citrus notes flavor wise. Lingering finish. Decent.

Copper colour and a thick white head. The aroma is a mix of sweet malts, almost like chocolate, and fruit. Some bitterness but also sweet. Lot of alchohol. Overall. 14/20

Hazy copper pour with white head and a good amount of sediment. Aroma is corn bread, earthy and medicinal hops, candied grapefruit. Full bodied. Punch of citrus bitterness that lingers and doesn’t get cut out by any sweetness. Herbal, piney finish. Extreme bitter, not overly enjoyable.

12oz bottle. Pours an amber gold, somewhat hazy, big off white head, soapy lacing on the glass. Typical American DIPA aroma of grapefruit, citrus, some caramel malt. Same as the taste with some chalkiness and more of a malt profile than originally expected but still a hop bomb. Finish is long and bitter. More balanced than some of the DIPA, but very enjoyable as a hophead.
