Bottle. Murky ruby/amber body with a medium off-white head. Low carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of marzipan, crystalised orange and strawberry syrup. Flavour of biscuit, honey and marmalade with a hot, boozy finish. Medium body with an oily mouthfeel. Light fizz. Quite sickly, disappointing.

Bottle at home. Pours a deep amber with a small lasting white head. Aroma is big caramel sweetness, dank, malty, pineapple. Taste is again big on the caramel sweetness, ripened pineapple, piney, dank hops, oily mouthfeel, dry bitter finish. Big, bold and sweet, just as I expected.

Barwa bursztynowa, piwo klarowne, do momentu wlania paskudnych farfocli z dna butelki. Piana średnio intensywna, redukuje się do obrączki i zdobi szkło. Aromat intensywny, przypomina słodki sok multiwitamina - dużo owoców tropikalnych i cukrowo-landrynkowe tło.

Pours clear dark amber with a medium yellowish head. Nice and complex on the nose. Intense fresh aromas mixed with some heavy ones. Fruity with orange being the most intense on one side and malty with caramel on the other. Full bodied with a creamy texture and a soft carbonisation. Taste starts with sweet orange caramel candy and then turns into fresh and hoppy, orange peel-like medium bitter finish. Perfectly balanced with a nice long-lasting and bitter aftertaste.

Bottle - Burnt orange color with an average head. Nice bitter citrus aroma and taste. Slick mouthfeel. Very west coast for an east coast IPA.

Medium, yellowish, rather dense head over clear copper beer. Grapey, citrussy and generally very fruity hops’ nose. Rosewater and lychee, sweet almonds. Very bitter with again a marked but hardly sweet rosewater flavour. Amandine with quinine. Harsh and resiny. Medium bodied, but very oily-slick, even a bit sticky. Tannine-like effect. Severe IPA, the nose putting one completely on the wrong foot. If this is Yang, what sweet concoction Yin must be?

0.33 bottle. Clear, honey color and a large, creamy, white head leaving some lacing. Aroma of fruits, caramel, honey, malts, a touch of citruses.Taste is quite malty, definitely a lot of caramel, once again some honey, piney, strongly marked by hoppy bitterness - as an IIPA should. A full body, a creamy texture, and a soft carbonation. Finish is long, bittersweet, generally follows the taste without varying much - the only new entrant on the scene seems to be tea. Overall, this is a good beer; a tad too bitter for an IIPA but otherwise tasty.

(Evil Twin Yang) Bottle 330 ml at home, served into a shaker, ABV 10% Dark deep orange to amber colour on the body, cloudy, with two fingersof off-white head on top, thick and with very good retention. Aroma of caramel malts, pine, alcohol, oranges. Taste begins sweet but quickly enough turns to a sharp bitterness, with light grapefruit, oranges, plenty of pine, alcohol more than obvious. Medium thick body, good carbonation, warming feeling from the alcohol. Great beer and you should be careful as it goes down easily despite its high alcohol.

Amber colored, unclear with some floaters, medium white frothy lasting head, nice lacing. Aroma is of caramel malt, toffee, fruity and citrus hops, bit floral, some orange hard candy. Taste is medium+ sweet caramalty background, fruity hard candy, citrus and floral moderate hoppiness, medium+ bitterness, semidry finish, lasting bitter aftertaste. Medium to full bodied, soft carbonation, sticky. Under the impression that it should be less sticky caramely and more hoppy...
