Clear copper pour with a white frothy head. Rich malt, hoppy aroma. Rich caramel hop notes. Little too sweet overall.

Bottle poured. Pours a bright orange snow globe with no shortage of head and lace. Hop forward aroma. Flavor is dominant hops, on the piney side, and a mild bitter finish. Not bad, but an overall forgettable imperial for me.

Bottle. A- Mandarin oranges, grapefruit, dank, hoppy. A- Orange copper color, clear liquid, off white head. T- Bitter, hoppy, dank, abrasive, tangerines. P- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, very bitter finish. O- Abrasive. Just too dang abrasive. This is a bitter beer for people who really love their hopped up bitter IPA’s. Wasn’t a bad beer. But holy crap it was not for me. Too much.

Bottle. Heavy roma of malt; syrup, rye-bread and roasty and hops; pine, grapefruit and bitter orange-peel. The flavours starts very sweet of overriped fruits but finish very bitter and dry. The body is medium and the texture is oily. Average carbonation.

330ml bottle served in a snifter glass. Pours a slightly cloudy reddish color forming a small light yellow color with few lacings left in the glass. Sweet caramel nose. Strong notes of grapefruit. Citrus and grassy hops profile. A little bit boozy which is very hidden by the hops perfume. Slightly sweet upfront. Strong notes of caramel malts and grapefruit. Notes of resin, pine and orange zest. Strong and persistent hops bitterness punch. Full body. Medium carbonation. Grassy and bitter aftertaste. Strong notes of resin and grapefruit. Hints of pine. Strong and persistent bitter aftertaste. Good drinkability. Excellent IIPA. Masterpiece.

Been a while since I’ve had an IIPA that smells so immediately yummy. Swampy deep copper with minimal head. Aroma is fragrant tropical fruit, resin, spruce. Taste is punchy, serious bitterness from top to bottom, lots of tropical fruit. Boozy. A little abrasive. Less fragrant than the nose suggests.

Pours dark amber, clear, with unstable off-white foamy head. Visually medium carbonation. Aroma: intense hop aroma, which takes on pine, orange peel, mandarine, mango, pineapple, supported with malt aroma, which takes on acacia honey. Flavor: high malt flavors, which are almost caramelish, and reminds me on some barley wine or doppelbock samples, but at the same time is hop flavor very high: alcohol warmth is obvious after first ship, in the middle steps forward hop bitterness, which is very high and lingers long in aftertaste. Hop flavors takes on mango, pine, orange, pinneapple. Finish is sticky, dry and bitter. Body is medium, texture is soft, carbonation is low.

UPDATED: DEC 15, 2015 Hazy dark amber color with beige head. Aroma is malty with some dank hops. Taste is malty and sweet at first but gets dank and bitter towards the finish. Long, bitter aftertaste. Alcohol is quite present. Not bad but definitely not my style of IPA.
