4.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle from Kihøskh, Copenhagen
Beautiful color, reddish amber, hazy, with a small sized head.
Mild aroma of fruity hops, and a quite evident earthy, manure character.
Very good caramel and toffee flavor, because sustained by a moderate sweetness and a fair amount of fruits from the hops; the bitterness is elevated, but correctly balanced and not imposing; there is still a trace of that country feeling found in the aroma, that contributes to the complexity.
Powerful, never edgy, well blended, and perfectly enjoyable.
