COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Pours a slightly cloudy tawny color, khaki colored head. Good retention, nice lacing. Musky citrus aromas, light pine resin. Wow, flavor is odd yet intense. Sweet tea, citrus honey, some alcohol burn...faint. nice imperial ipa, will do this one again.

Location: 12 oz bottle from Superstar - Huntington, 10/19/14

Aroma: The nose of this one is juicy hops mostly, with some sweet malt notes of caramel and dough
Appearance: It pours a deep orange color with a clean, frothy beige head and some drippy lacing
Flavor: The flavor is pretty sweet up-front, juicy, and with a hop bitterness that comes in late
Palate: This beer is medium bodied, a little sticky, with a soft-to-average carbonation, and a dry finish
Overall Impression: Following up Yin with Yang was the only logical move. Yang is a sweeter example of a DIPA all the way through the start and mid-palates, but it drys out in the finish. A nice beer. I may have preferred the stout as a representation of the style though. The stickiness of the mouthfeel is a little higher than I would have preferred.

Intraitable arrogance dans l’approche des houblons, massive résine, violente amertume et structure maltée bétonnée. Entre le barleywine disgracieux et la ipa qui tentent d’être mignonne. À partager, à respecter.

Almost clear amber body and large head. Roasted malts, surprisingly, amber, brown sugar, heavy hops, in quality and aroma. Dark berries and pine. Blindfolded I would have believed it’s a brown ipa. Very bitter body, heavy and thereby hiding the alcohol. And being delicious! (33cl bottle from Saveur Bière)

Prost!!

Pours golden with mild cloudines, with a white foam that dosnt last. Alcohol flower, sherry, fruit malt in the aroma. Malt, flower, with really strong dry bitter hoppy afteraste. that really grows.

Bottle, 355ml. An amber beer with a medium size foamy head and some sediments. Aroma if of grapefruit, citrics, pine resin and hops. Taste is bitter with some carbonation and considerable astringency. It has a strong bitter aftertaste and a heavy hoppy character. Slightly alcoholic finish. A great IPA, but in my opinion, not as good as the Molotov Cocktail.

Aroma: resin and pine. Pretty spicey. Appearance is Dark and Golden with a nice golden head. Flavour is hoppy, quite bitter and complex. Mouthfeel is thick and a bit of alcohol tingle on the tounge. Really enjoyed this beer, reminded me of dogfish 90 min iipa.

Pours a mildly murky orange-golden color with a sudsy beige-tan colored head. The aroma is much like that given off by a tangerine when it’s being peeled. Some sweet malt comes through as well. Thick and heavy for a hoppy ale. Citrus and sweet malt interact seamlessly. A ton of alcohol is noted. All three work together to yield a chemical flavor. Really warm in the throat. This is a lower quality 120 Minute IPA.
