COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Imperial India Black Stout. This is a complete RTD Black and Tan. Not just any Black and Tan but the one where we flawlessly mixed a flippant good Imperial IPA with a profoundly evil Imperial Stout and sustained sweet beer balance.

Draft at Paradiso Dupont. Murky maroon color, small tan head, solid lacing. Aroma of spiced caramel. Taste is bitter pine resin, caramel, milk chocolate. An odd combination.

Bottle at home. Bought at Ølkonsortiet, Aalborg
Pours dark brown, black in glass, thick tanned creamy head. Smells of citrus, roasted malts, zests and coffee. Heavy sweet, very roasty, alot of citrus and coffee. Heavy bitter, resins, citrus zests and again coffee. Fantastic blend of Yin and Yang. It’s very harmonic, combining the heavy Yin with the more intense Yang. This blend is actually better than Yin; and a whole lot better than Yang.

Sampled on tap at PIB, pours a near-black with a small tan head. Aroma of citrus hops, roasted malt - definitely like a blended IIPA and imp. stout. Flavour of roasted malt mixed with slightly bitter hops. Has the body of an IPA. Not sure the mix is that warranted, but it works well enough. Good.

Really good stout/ipa mix. Well developed scotch barrel notes, ends with coffee bitters.

Pour deep n’ dark brown, with a small slightly creamy tan head. Aroma is quite hoppy with some pine and grass. But also some chocolate, slight coffee, roasted malts. Taste is rather bitter. Medium bodied, with some slightly fizzy carb. - To be honest, I like the blend of Yin and Yang better.

Bg time hops with some heft in the nose. Hoppy and strong. Pretty nice yet this is one time where the some is not greater than the parts.

At Copenhagen Beer Celebration. Dark brown with a lasting off-white head. Citrus hoppy aroma with chocolate and a touch of winegum. Sweet fruity flavour with lots of chocolate and lots of hops.

Bottle at Rabbit Club. Pours a dark color with off white head. Aroma of caramel, earthiness, and some grapefruit. Has a sweet caramel taste with hop spice and caramel after taste. Decent.

Draught at brouwerij Lane BK. Not quite opaque brown with great lace work. beautiful rich resin and funk hop with caramel and chocolate maltiness. Additional flavors of chocolate, dark fruit, licorice, slight vegetal. Finishes bitter chocolate and spicy hop. Sticky thick. My hop and stout fix in one beer No way!
