This American style IPA is agressively hopped at a rate of over 2lbs. per barrel. Big notes of citrus and pine compliment a reserved but firm malt backbone.

On tap at Kramerbooks. Fresh piney and spicy hops nose, very aromatic. Dark amber-orange clear with thin off-white lacing head. Medium body with medium-light carbonation. Caramel and amber malt biscuity notes. Big hop flavor with resin and carbonic bite. Finish is relatively mild in bitterness. Smooth nutty-biscuit after with floral hop leftovers.

Lemon, citrus and pine dominate the flavor profile and aroma of No3. I am of the opinion Evolution has brewed a bitter bunny of an IPA.

Pours a caramel-amber color with a thick, foamy head. Aroma is bright and citrusy with hints of pepper and spice. Lots of orange and lemon on the nose though. Tastes very good and hoppy. Back in with the lemon and citrus flavor. Strongly hopped, but not abrasive and bitter. Top notch.

Poured from bottle. Pours a dark gold color with two fingers of head. There is quite a bit of lacing. Aroma is a mix of citrus and pine, with pine being just a bit more dominant. Tastes are expected hop bitterness, pine and resin, a bit of citrus. Mid-taste there is a blip of malt sweetness, then finishes with a touch of bitterness. Finish is fairly short, but leaves you wanting another sip. This is very good.

A big, sticky, pine-covered mountainside of a beer. Plenty of hops to recommend it and a fair amount of balancing caramel malts to even up the equation.

Bottle. Pine, grapefruit peel, and orange malt aroma. Hazy amber with large head. Sweet orange pulp malt and moderately bitter pine and grapefruit peel flavor. Excellent hop aroma and flavor - delicious.

Murky reddish-copper colored beer with a thick bubbly white head. Nose of pine resin, spruce, and citrus. Flavor is nicely hopped with bright-bitter flavors of resin, citrus, and rosemary, but not over-powering. It has a bracing effervescence that compliments the flavor nicely. A good, solid IPA.
