3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle at home - 13/05/12 thanks to Dave L.
Mid amber colouration with a decent off-white head.
Not the best nose on an IPA by a long way, slightly muted hops, a touch of citrus and some honey notes.
Hops are at the fore of the taste allied to a little pine, citrus fruit and medium sweet malts.
Medium bodied and slightly over carbonated.

Very tasty and drinkable IPA. Color golden with fluffy white head that propels piney/citrus notes. Well balance of malt and hops. Leaves you wanting more

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle. Pours clear dark straw with 3-finger fliffu off-white head that laces well. Nose is resiny, piney hops, tropical citrus, caramel malt. Tastes hoppy, very resiny, with notes of tangerine, pineapple, and a suitable malt bill.

4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
A solid IPA and like the chewy malty sweet texture and how it matches the bitterness from the hops. Gives it an almost biscuity grapefruit flavor. Not as over the top as described because of the malts which somewhat dominate the aroma.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle. Pours with a towering pile of liquidy foam, slowly settling thru a pock-marked boil into a bright, golden yellow beer. My initial swallow borders on an acidic assault ... this beer delivers grapefruity tartness right up front, with an astringent grassiness lingering in the background. (#4910, 7/28/2012)

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Poured a coppery color from the bottle. The nose has notes of floral and citrus. The bitterness is there but not extremely bitter. The mouth is pretty nice and bitter again in the finish. Pretty nice IPA overall.

Potent citrus/pine aroma. Beautiful orangish hue. Taste is bitter, but in the way it should be. Sticky lacing left on glass. I want another!
