This American style IPA is agressively hopped at a rate of over 2lbs. per barrel. Big notes of citrus and pine compliment a reserved but firm malt backbone.

Pours a medium copper with a fair head which dissipates quickly. Aroma of citrus......taste of grapefruit, very citrusy, malts sneak in quickly then pine notes and bitterness lingers.

Golden-yellow body, medium off-white head, spotty lacing. Citric with elements of grapefruit and orange, a little pale malts and pine. Medium to light bodied, moderate carbonation, mellow bitterness in the finish.

Pours clear gold with a medium lt tan head. Aroma has lots of grapefruit, orange, and a touch of pine. Flavor has grapefruit and orange...a little bit of earthy/piney notes. Mouthfeel is light and lively with a grapefruity/piney dry finish.

Pours a nice hazy copper with a thin white head. The aroma is full of hops. The taste is a nice subtle hop flavor. Maybe a touch sweet but nice & smooth. A nice solid ipa!

Bottle. The pour was a cloudy medium copper orange with a large (2-3 finger) white frothy head that did have great retention, finally reducing to a large cap with some fair spotty lacing. The aroma was of a light straw malt, pine and citrus hops and a sweet earthy yeast with notes of citrus (grapefruit) and caramel. The taste was bitter sweet and mildly malty with hints of caramel and citrus from the start, with the finish having a nice hoppy pine ending. The flavor stuck around for an average duration after the swallow with a mild bitterness that faded slowly. Mouthfeel was light in body with a dry oily texture and a medium carbonation. Overall an IPA that had a nice malty feel to it, which did a great job of compensating for the bold and healthy hoppiness...

A very good IPA. Solid hops and easy on the mouth. Not a incredibly memorable experience, but very drinkable and will enjoy again. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle at home - 13/05/12 thanks to Dave L. Mid amber colouration with a decent off-white head. Not the best nose on an IPA by a long way, slightly muted hops, a touch of citrus and some honey notes. Hops are at the fore of the taste allied to a little pine, citrus fruit and medium sweet malts. Medium bodied and slightly over carbonated.

Bottle pour..slight fading head..great amber color, medium carbonation..pine, grapefruit dominant aroma..ok mouthfeel, a bit light and spritzy..decent offering but it is hard to believe the lot 6 is connected to this in any way...

Very tasty and drinkable IPA. Color golden with fluffy white head that propels piney/citrus notes. Well balance of malt and hops. Leaves you wanting more
