Cask conditioned: pour is red w/out lacing or head. Taste is light, smooth, & drinkable but not a whole lot goin on. A touch of sweetness in the finish. Not bad.

Tap. Pours dark ruby with thin, fizzy off-white head; short retention and minimal lacing. Aroma is muted with notes of berries, cookie malt, floral hops, and woody notes. Flavor is sweet malt forward with dark berry esters and faint hops; sweet finish. Medium body and low carbonation.

Tap at Evolution Brewing. Pours clear dark amber with a small, fizzy white head, short retention with light lacing. Aroma is fruity esters, biscuit and honey malt, pear and cherry esters. Flavor is malt forward with light hops and bitterness, moderate fruity esters and a sweet finish. Medium body and carbonation.
