Bottle to shaker glass. Pours clear amber, one finger quick white head, light lacing and retention. Aroma smells like leather and barnyard. Taste is light sweet, light bitter. Light bodied, light carbonation, watery mouth feel. Finishes earthy and metallic with notes of bread, pine, wood and yeast. Strange.

Provdatum okänt. Avslagen smak, men inte kolsyremässigt. Märkligt kantig maltbotten med metallisk ton. Mesig beska som bara kommer efteråt. Eftersmaken är tanig och med en osmaklig beska.

Great Golden color. Yeasts and malts are flavored well. Much better than similar styles.

Appearance: clear copper, near white head, medium lacing. Aroma: citrus (grapefruit, blood orange), light pine, caramel, brown toast . Taste: as the aroma indicates. Finish: balanced, slightly dry, a little bitter. Notes: Nice example of the style. Easy-drinking. On draft at the awesome Full On in Rockville, MD.

Draft sample at their tasting room, clear amber-hued golden color with off-white head. Aroma of floral/citrus hops and faint malt sweetness. Taste adds some bread and earthy notes. Light body, moderate carbonation, dry with light bitter finish. A light sessionable pale, not much to think about.

Pours clear gold with a thin white head. Aroma has light sweet maltiness...grain and dry leaves...touch of tea - like hops. Flavor has decent balance...earthy/tea hops. Mouthfeel is light and lively with a dry finish that reaches the most bitter point of the beer though still not aggressive.

Overly energetic head which resulted in a 10 minute pour, never a good start.......color is a deep amber with a large pillowy white head which dissipates in about 10 minutes......aroma is a solid, sweet ale nose with very slight citrus......taste is, much anticipated after all this time, sweet, slightly metallic, light citrus and, though starting off well it ends with a very thin mouthfeel.

Bleh...not an ideal American Pale Ale for me. Great color, but a sweeter aroma that carries through to the taste.

faint hops in the aroma with a yeasty quality too but none too strong..clear orange amber, slight dissipating head almost no lacing..has a good hop bitterness with a slight malt back, although again none too powerful..thin watery palate quickly fading aftertaste..might be a good session beer cold and is refreshing in it’s own way,but the light abv goes with a certain lightness in flavor
