COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Summer Session ale is a light refreshing unfiltered ale brewed with Barley, Oats, Rye, and wheat for a subtle complexity. A reserved hop bitterness and aroma balance the lightly sweet grain character.

Draught pours light pale orange with hon white head. Aromas are mild but sweet grain. Taste is slight sweet with wheat malt notes. Not bad but not anything special.

The taste of this beer was nice enough to be an all day drinker but not good enough to be considered complex, it does have a nice hop aroma though.

Draft. This beer was uninspiring and tasted like feet. Very poor color and almost no head...kinda stale.

Serving: Draft at Fager’s Island. It pours a pale gold with a small, white head. The nose is light with notes of grain. The flavor is very grainy with no hop presence. Light and quaffable. Light in body with average carbonation and a short grainy finish. Slightly better than average fare.

Growler. Mellow, soft aroma, a little herbal dough. Buttery malt tones. Oily, off-white head. Soft herbal hop tones. Very sessionable, but a little odd, maybe some off flavors. Not bad, just sort of misses the mark. Herbal session beer.

Growler thanks to ygtbsm94. The pour is a hazy light yellow with a medium, white head. Small lace. Nose is lemon, grain, floral. Taste is malty, balanced, lemon, grain, grass. Palate is light, clean, refreshing. Very much exactly what it is supposed to be.

Sampled from a growler: Pours a clear bright pale golden with a spotty-lacing white head. Has a lightly sweet pale malty and wheaty nose with a touch of floral hops. Starts with a nice light malty sweetness and smooth hop bitterness before a drier clean finish. A very drinkable and refreshing summer beer. Nothing exceptional, but good for what it is.
