COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Trappist-inspired Belgian Pale Ale. It is floral and spicy, dry hopped with Styrian Goldings and Tettnang.

Draft sample at their tasting room, dark coppery color with off-white head. Aroma of Belgian yeast (fruity, clove, bubblegum), caramel, pepper and citrus. Taste brings out more tropical fruit/piney hop notes, toast, banana yeast and light spices. Medium body, moderate-low carbonation, chewy, dry with light bitter finish. Nice solid Belgian ale.

On draft at the Public House. Pours a hazy dark dark copper. Belgian yeast dominates the nose. Flavors of bubblegum and butterscotch. Bitter finish.

Draft at Beer Run. Pours a clear copper color with a thin tan head. Poor head retention. Aroma of biscuit malt, citrus, honey, stone fruits, mild herbal hops. The taste is citrus and tropical hops, pale bready malt, stone fruits. Medium bodied, mild lingering bitterness.

Pours a hazy brownish amber with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of spicy Belgian yeast, light citrus and caramel. Flavor of caramel, mixed citrus, clove, banana and black pepper.

Draft at Railroad Street. Poured dense and hazy coppery with off-white splotchy head. Nose was hops, yeasty caramel malt, citrus, black peppery.. Tasted hoppy and citric, with a good malt balance, and some yeasty, peppery, and floral finishing notes and a lot of complexity.

Draft at railroad. Pours hazy copper with a small white head. The aroma has floral notes, pepper, yeast, citrus notes. The taste has a sweet citrus, sweet lemon, a bit spicy. Very solid.

On tap 6 oz. sampler at The Bistro in Old Line Wine in Beltsville, MD. Very hazy, red-bronze with a thin off-white head and only a thin bead of lacing. Aroma of bread, banana, pepper, yeast, spice and sweet malt. Taste of yeast, bread, spice, sweet malt, tropical fruit and banana. On tap at Max’s. Pours a lightly hazed gold with a thin white head. Sweet and tangy on the nose. Malt with a bit of banana and yeast. Chewy, malt, toast. Sweet and warm with some lovely depth. Nice balance of yeast character with style light sweetness and chewy malt. Lingering esters. Very nice.

Lightly hazy amber color with a small, off white head that left nice lacing on the lass. Aroma of grass, light pine, spices, caramel, and toast. Taste of citrus, grass, juicy, and a spicy finish.
