This American style IPA is agressively hopped at a rate of over 2lbs. per barrel. Big notes of citrus and pine compliment a reserved but firm malt backbone.

Drank a draft at Old Dominion Brewhouse. Poured way too cold. Great citrusy, hoppy aroma. Half inch thick foam. Great IPA. One of the better ones Iíve had.

Very nice IPA. Pours orange with good head and lacing. Very fruity citrus and pine head, almost a note of mint. Good balance, fresh hops. Finishes with medium bitterness. Had a pint of this at a restaurant down the street from my place. Good stuff.

Amber with thin offwhite head; aroma is roasty woody hoppy; Flava is rich in hops blended with malt; feels light to medium moderate fizz; finishes dry and bitter

On draft at The Greene Turtle in La Plata, MD. Golden body, mostly clear with a quarter inch of white head. Aromas of floral hops, citrus, biscuit malt. Hop forward with a honey sweetness. Moderate bitterness. Medium in body and easy drinking. Bready malt body in support of the hop character. A touch of pine and a hint of oranges. Overall, solid, especially in a place that primarily serves macro crappy lagers.

Very pronounced grassy aromas, very hoppy. Piney and citrussy classic ipa style. Really good and drinkable. Bitter.

This poured hazed deep orange amber with sunshine hues of yellow gold. A fat head of faom that stuck to the glass. Nose is tangerine and itís lightness. Ripe with a bit of pith and a grapefruit backnote. A bit of bread. At first the malt seems to offer something sweet but once on the palate is it like light toasty bread. Itís got a bit of tobacco scent like pipe tobacco and a bit of herbal. On the palate this is firm malt but light drinking. A bit of bread that is toasty not heavy though. A touch of sweetness, light soft caramel and then this lovely bright tangerine. A bit of minty herbal and some tobacco leaf. Floral and citric. Juicy and earthy, some grass. This beer finishes with a bit of bitter and a lasting bit of all over hop earthiness int he finish. The grain comes out more as it warms and it has a nice feeling to the mouthfeel. Another great brew from Evolution.

Pine and citrus hoppiness with a very decent biscuity balance. Tried this at the DC beerfest with Jess, Mark, and Matt in 2014.

Pint on tap at Roasthouse. Clear orange amber color. Thin off-white head. Leaves good, thicker lace. Medium to bigger body. Smooth, crisp, lighter carbonation. More dry finish. Nice biscuity malt profile, light caramel. Good piney, citrusy, bigger hop to this. Bigger bitter taste. Light sweet. Tasty IPA. Balanced, yet satisfyingly hoppy and bitter.

Pours a hazy deep orange with a medium creamy white head that laced. Aroma of mixed citrus, pine, light caramel malt notes. Flavor of light caramel and bready malt with a mix of citrusy and piney hops. Touch of floral.
