light to medium brown color..slight head that dissipates..nose is pretty solid smells like black cherries that have been soaked in bourbon..figs also in the aroma..medium bodied with the barrel presence making itself known with also a slight nutmeg/vanilla combo rounded out with caramel..the lingering bourbon comes in on the end..not hot at all with a slightly sweet finish..smooth, refined I like the bourbon presence without such a high abv...bourbon doesn’t overpower but helps bring something different to another big bottle winner from EVO...solid..perhaps the best part of the whole experience is the bottle with the awesome darwinian monkey sucking down a bottle..the bottle is a keeper for sure

Jesterdeal (1984) - Marlton, New Jersey, USA - JUN 1, 2014
Bottle shared by Bruce. Aroma is black tea, vanilla, and oak. Pours thin and flat hazy brown. It looks like crappy coffee. Taste is mild oak, tea, and slight chocolate malt. Very light flavor that literally disappears on the tongue. A flat mouthfeel on top makes this rather offputting.

750ml bottle. Dark brown-black body, thin off-white head, minimal lacing. Bourbon, vanilla, caramel, earthy oak, some floral qualities, and a touch of fruity tartness in the flavor. Medium to full bodied, smooth carbonation, not too much heat, rounded finish.
