12 oz bottle. Pours light golden with a small white head. Aroma is malty caramel, a touch citric and a bit of piney hops. Very standard pale malt and hop balance, a bit spicy. Flavor starts starts sweet and caramel picking up some of the piney hops, less citric but still there. Fairly sweet and balanced. Medium body and a sharp carbonation. Decent pale ale.

Tap. Pours clear gold with an average, frothy white head, medium retention with good lacing. Aroma is heavy malt (grain, hay, straw, cereal), heavy hops (floral, pine, citrus), and average esters (fruity). Flavor is heavy malt (grain, hay, straw, cereal, cookie), heavy hops (floral, pine, citrus), and average esters (apple/pear). Medium body and carbonation, low warmth and creaminess with a dry finish.

Draft at Fagerís Island OC - Light orange body, thin disappearing head. Very slight aroma, mostly non-descript with some hop tones. Thin watery palate. Quite disappointing. A very average (boring) pale ale.

Pours a clear pale golden with a spotty-lacing coating of white head. Has a lightly sweet pale malty nose with some fresh grapefruity hoppy notes. Starts with a nice light malty sweetness and a crisp citrusy bittering hop balance. Finishes lightly bittersweet and clean. A pretty decent pale ale, but could be a little more assertive.

Clear, bright amber/orange appearance with a small, off white head and a modest amount of lacing. Mild, hoppy aroma of spruce and citrus. Clean, dry, gently hopped herbal taste. Medium bodied, decently carbonated mouthfeel with a lingering, bitter finish.

12 oz bottle. Clear pale orange with a big, foamy white head. I watched for a few minutes as it collapsed into a snowy landscape. Nose is orange, pine and pastry dough. Medium light, crisp and juicy. Tastes like lemon candies finishing with grapefruit and pine oil.

Not a bad APA from Delaware! Iíd never heard of this brewer before I walked into Outlet Liquors in Rehoboth, but Iím glad I picked up a bottled of this. I was taken aback a bit when I emptied this pale into my glass, as it pured a crisp and clear golden color. The head wasnít too impressive, as it dissappated very quickly, but it did leave a decent amount of lacing around the glass. The nose was somewhat odd, with a sharp and skunky spicy smell. Also included in the aroma was some lemongrass, yeast and light herbs. The body was extremely smooth and drinkable, though, as the flavors were very bitter, dry and spicy. I got a lot of grapefruit, oranges and lemon, along with some grass, hay and light earth. The finish is really dry and spicy as well. The total score I gave this beer isnít really indictative of what this beer brings to the table, though. I really wouldnít mind having a sixer of this on hand at any time.

Serving: 12 oz. bottle.
It pours a hazy copper color with a small, foamy, white head. The nose is light with a fruity pebble like aroma, perhaps some peach and apricot, and a little pale malt sweetness. The flavor seems to have a decent hop background adding some bitterness. Still very fruity with the apricot being most evident. Very light on the palate with a bit of soft carbonation leading to a crisp, lingering, bitter finish. For an APA, it seems to lack a bit of body and flavor depth. For an decent summer refresher, it may fit the bill.
