2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Maybe I shouldn’t have had this draft after finishing off an Arrogant Bastard... very medocre pale. Watery through and through. Minor citrus notes. Nothing much to speak of.

On tap at the Tasting room in Delmar. Poured a clear yellow gold color with a light white head. Aroma was biscuit and some pine hops. Really smooth unobtrusive Pale Ale. Would make a nice sessioner.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Growler at PilsnerPeter’s Spring Gathering. Deep golden beer with a thin white head. Aroma is pretty solid. Light noble zesty hops. A touch of light grapefruit and an almost honeyish malt sweetness. Fresh and very tasty maltiness. Light chewy resinousness. Pretty solid brew.

Growler at PPRBSG09. Pours a clear orange with a small head. Flavor of sweet malt and raisins. Flavor is sweet initially with a bready finish and some raisins. Palate is harsh and grainy. Ok, not really a fan though.

3.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Growler at PilsnerPeter’s Spring Gathering. Pours a clear browned amber with a medium white head. Clean citrus, and loads of pine. Little bit dead flavorwise, mostly just sweet malt. No balance, no bitterness. Meh. Started of smelling very promising.

Thanks to beachbum25 for the growler - shared at Peter’s NY gathering - a fairly straightforward pale ale - somewhat british in style, as the hops take a back seat to yeasty character and bready malt - some tangerine and other fruity notes through the middle - the hops add a spicy bite on the back end - the finish has an odd metallic note, but otherwise this is fairly good.
