4 oz. pour, on tap at the brewery’s tap room. Consumed on 5-4-13. Pours a cloudy, pale, straw / very light coral color. Remarkably light and unique appearance. Tart, floral aroma features a lemon scent. Tart flavor features lemon and mineral water elements. Nice, very light fruity tartness on a creamy, wheat beer base. Light body. Soft in the palate. A bit undercarbonated.

One of the weirdest color beers I've ever seen, kind of a murky champagne yellow color. Tart perfumy floral aroma. Only slightly tart, some grainy wheat and a hint of cherry. Ok but a bit disappointed. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

UPDATED: DEC 23, 2013 Tap at the tasting room. Kind of a weird color - dishwater brown but pale. A little tart fruit in the nose. Taste is mild tart fruit. Kind of so-so.

On draught at the Excelsior tap room in Excelsior, MN. Pours a hazy dirty straw colored brew with an average sized off-white head that slowly dissipates and leaves behind some potty lacing and a thin white ring. Aroma of golden grain malt, a hint of cherry, medium dry ale yeast and a touch of floral hops. Taste is light to medium bodied, with flavor profile changes with serving temperature. When served cold, the golden grain malt and medium yeast is more pronounced. Allow to warm up a bit and more cherry is detected in aroma and flavor. Finish is well-balanced and not tart. Aftertaste as a light and short-lived cherry and golden grain malt flavor.
