All Pints North 2014. Opaque orange color; it looks good. Light wheat aroma, with a hint of yeast. Considerable salt in the flavor, but not sour at all. A decent wheat beer anyway.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Tap at Excelsior. Pours a light yellow with white head. Lots of lemon on here, somewhat salty (per the style) and some grass in this as well. I enjoyed it, very refreshing, would love a 6-pack of cans of something like this, if it were better.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Tap at the brewery taproom. Hazy pale yellow pour with a white soapy head. Light lemon and a hint of yeast/sour on the nose. Lighter palate. Pretty subdued flavor but it is light lemon, clean, and refreshing. A little salt in here as well. Good boat beer.

2.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
16 oz. pour, on tap at the brewery’s new taproom. Consumed on 5-22-14. Pours a cloudy, hazy, opaque, pale straw with a small amount of nearly white head. Milky, lemonade-like appearance. Unique, appealing look. I am not sure I have ever seen a beer this simultaneously cloudy and pale. Salty smell features lemon and other citrus scents. Basic, beery flavor features grapefruit and cream elements. Inoffensive flavor but quite weak. Light body. Some liveliness and frothiness in the palate. Insubstantial palate effects. Not a good beer but not an actively bad one. There’s not much going on here. Drinkable summer beer but not suited to contemplation.
