Cask at GBBF. Slightly hazy brown beer. Very light malt and hops, too light, comes over as quite watery and wishy washy.

tombyars (1102) - Saltcoats, SCOTLAND - DEC 12, 2011
Tasted this in the Saltcot, Saltcoats (JDW) in November 2010. Cask, handpump dispense. Crystal clear gold in colour with a thick white head. Faint note of sweet malt in the short aroma. Thin watery mouthfeel and good lacing. Pale malts give a sweet taste of syrupy lychees and icing sugar. Dusty citric note to the lemony hops, giving a short lived bitter aftertaste. Finish is rather insipid with hoppy resins evident. An ok session bitter but nothing exceptional.
