Tap @ Exile. Pours a clear dark golden appearance with a white head. Dry, sweet nutty, light caramel, herbal aroma. Very clean, dry grainy, a touch bready, lightly floral, light caramel flavor. Great way to be introduced to these guys! excellent lager.

Tap at the brewpub. A medium brass amber vrew with a thin white head. Nose is fruity and sweet dough. It tastes a little doughy with some yeast. Hints of pear core. There is also some hay. A decent light beer, but it has a weird woody finish.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a crystal clear, golden copper colored body with a finger-width, creamy and frothy, off-white head that dissipates slowly and leaves a nice lacing throughout. Aroma is lightly sweetened malts with touches of grain and caramel. A light grassy citrus and herbal note as well. Flavor is pretty solid. Clean grass and lightly sweetened pils malts with a touch of grain, bread, and caramel. A light herbal note towards the end as this finishes clean, dry, lightly bitter, and lightly sweetened before leaving a medium length aftertaste. Medium-light, smooth body and a moderate, crisper carbonation. Overall, a pretty solid lager. Clean, crisp, dry, lightly bitter, and lightly sweetened. Very easy drinking and balanced. Nice beer.
