COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask, Special;
Brewed to celebrate 200 years of brewing in Wiveliscombe, Somerset, in conjunction with its neighbour Cotleigh Brewery. This is a light and refreshing golden ale, with citrus hints on the nose and a long, malty finish. Hops used: Fuggles, Goldings, Styrian Goldings

Cask, The Highcross, Leicester. Amber gold with a small head. Aromas are biscuit malts with sulphur and citrus. Flavours are fruity with sweet lemon. Some sourness and yeast. Some sulphur towards the finish. Dry on the aftertaste.

Cask @ The Pommeler’s Rest, JDW, Southwark. Pours a clear golden color with a small white head. Fruity malty sulphur aroma with some hoppy hints. Fruity malty flavor with some hoppy hints. Fruity malty finish.

Cask condiioned - handpump - JDW Northampton. A copper coloured beer with some hints if sulphur in the aroma. The taste is fruity and dry and there is more sulphur hints. Decent enough.

Cask at The Penny Black, JDW, Bicester, 11-11-07 Poured mid golden with good clarity, some citrus on the nose but a rather watery tasting beer, bit malty and sweet and ultimately just a little disapponting.
