Commercial Description:
Cask; Seasonal - available from March to May.
Exmoor Hound Dog is a light refreshing beer with a golden brown hue - a tremendous hoppy nose, malty finish with a touch of coffee and vanilla and the long Exmoor aftertaste.

Cask at The Briar Rose, Birmingham. Dark gold with a dense head. Slow to clear. Hint of berries in the scent with some yeast. Watery mouthfeel. Some hops and malts in the mouth, but not much there at all. Very bland and has a watery end.

Cask, White Horse, Oxford. Medium amber, fine white foam, a nice thick coating on the glass. Soft plum aroma, touch of orange and smoke. Very light over all. Sweet caramel malt, a pause, then a long toasty malt finish. This is sort of one groove beer, but it’s not a bad groove.

Aroma was caramel malts, touch of floural and ghrassy hops. Taste similar lacking any real character or flavour to talk about.

Cask - handpumped - at the Cockney pub in Aarhus, Denmark. Golden colour with a small mostly diminishing white head. Aroma and taste of fruits, malts and hops.

Tap. Pours with a very staying white head that never dissappears. Very low carbonated. Aroma is mostly malts, but not powerful. The taste is mostly bitterin the end. All in all nothing special
