Cask; Seasonal - available September to November.
Exmoor Wildcat is a warming brown beer - it is malty with a touch of autumn berries and the usual Exmoor dry hoppy finish.

Cask conditioned @ Giddy Bridge (JDW), Soton. A well balanced rounded bear. Berry toffee aroma with earthy straw hops. Uncomplicated flavours to make a good session on.

Cask conditioned & on handpump at the Babington in Derby, on 11/02/05. Light brown colour. Quite a bitter one, dry-ish, very hoppy but also a bit farty...

rauchbier (3205) - Isle Of Beer, Lincolnshire, ENGLAND - NOV 23, 2004
Cask, Honest Lawyer in Scunthorpe. Amber gold, off white head and gentle condition. Low fruity malt in the nose, sweet and fruity with a suggestion of blackberry in the mouth and lingering into the finish. Some gentle hop bitterness also noticable at the end.

Cask conditioned at The Roebuck, Drayton, Oxon. Dark red brown colour with a bubbly head. More a brown ale than a bitter, sweet maltiness with a fruity nutty background. A little bitterness on the finish, another pretty good beer from Exmoor, one of my favourite Micro's.
