Lubiere (3182), Ottawa, Ontario, Canada Aug 19, 2008 A light golden lager with a thin dissipating white head. A strong honey oxidized malt, sweet and cloying, In mouth, a dead unpleasant sweet malt, maple notes, but no body. This beer is dead. Old Stock VI evening, March 23 2007. Eructoblaster (1252), Gatineau, Quebec, Canada Jan 18, 2005 Bottle from Dépanneur Laurier - marked best before 09/2004! Pours a dark gold hazy body topped with a thin but lasting foamy head. There are also plenty of huge yeasty chunks. Fair malty aroma with some sweet and floral hints. Taste is mostly watery and has a short dry finish. Hopefully, it seems that it has been retired from market. Rastacouere (5258), Montréal, Quebec, Canada Dec 14, 2003 It's most definitely not an interesting beer, but just didn't seem as bad as below. It pours clear yellow with the usual over-carbonation that manages to make just a shy white head. Aroma is cerealic malt, saazy hay to be more accurate. The taste is grassy malt, carbonated and sweet. Not unpleasant nor pleasant. mr_kimchee (1414), Toronto, Ontario, Canada Nov 28, 2003 yellow, quick dissapating white head. very grainy with some hard candy and honey notes. why was the mona lisa smiling? she wasn't drinking this, I know that for sure. CapFlu (3254), Victoria, British Columbia, Canada Jul 27, 2003 Updated: Jul 28, 2003(Bottle) I must admit that MartinT can place a smell! Aroma of stewed, diced tomatoes with parsley - canned even? Pours near headless; deep amber with small sediment floaties. Slight malt with heavy water. So bad that I'd serve it to my Italian friends... :)
