on draft at the pub. doughy, fresh sourdough bread aroma. very light, yellow-gold, prominent lacing. touch of hop bitterness, almost no hop flavor or aroma. subtle fruity esters at finish but most dominant taste is bready, "the nakedness of 2-row malt."

sour mash character. Yeasty like a blond ale. Doughy, sharp finish.

Gold witgh white head and lace. Aroma of light caramel malt with some mustiness. Sweet malt with a light bitter, cloying sweetiness. Medium bodied with good carbonation. A very drinkable beer.

Served on draft at the brewpub. Pours a clear pale gold color with a small head. Fair head retention and lacing. Aroma is fruity with light toasted grain notes. Taste is grain, creamed corn, light toastiness and a fairly bitter and grassy hop finish. Thin-Medium bodied. Refreshing and solid.

Clear yellow. Aroma was dry,vanilla and caramel. Flavor was hopes, sour and butter.

Sampler at brewery. Very slight pale malt aroma with faint American hops. Clear light straw. Very close to a cream ale. Medium body with medium full mouthfeel Dry peppery yeast character in finish.
