Reddish brown color, clean and clear with no foam. Toffee and maple flavor. Silky texture, small bite. Really tastes like a desert beer. Makes me wann eat chocolate. Small amount of hops in the finish.

Pefectly clear copper body (slightly tarnished penny). The aroma is slight and realy not worth mentioning. The flavor starts with a punch of caramel and graham crackers.

UPDATED: JUN 4, 2006 This was the first tasted. Again all these products are on the thin side. This beer had some hints of honey and clover. There were no hops flavors. The color was a ruddy copper. I am not a fan.
